Initiation - RCIC 

(Rite of Christian Initiation for Children)

 

RCIC is a family-formatted program designed for children at least six years old who have not been baptized or who are baptized but have not received the formal training to celebrate their First Eucharist at the usual time.  Preparation is designed to fit the needs of the family and will allow the children to be fully initiated in the Catholic Church during the Easter Vigil along with the RCIA participants.  For help in discerning if this program is for your child, please contact Anthony Beauregard, Director of Family and Youth Discipleship at familyyouth@queenoftheapostles.org.
